Why Christian Fiction?

My journey to becoming an author hasn't always been straightforward.

For years, I wrote stories that looked very different from the ones I write today. In fact, I have two books published under a different pen name. While writing those books was part of my journey, God began working in my heart and slowly changing the direction of my life.

As my family started attending church regularly, I felt convicted about the content I was consuming and creating. The books I read changed. The shows I watched changed. Even the podcasts I listened to began to reflect the transformation taking place in my heart. What started as small changes grew into a deeper desire to honor God in every area of my life, including my writing.

Today, I write faith-filled romance stories centered on hope, redemption, grace, and happily-ever-afters. I truly believe God is doing something new in me, and my prayer is that these stories encourage readers, strengthen their faith, and remind them that no one is beyond God's love and redemption.

While my previous books remain part of my story, going forward I will be writing under the pen name Angel J. Stahl. I'm grateful you're here and honored to share this next chapter with you.
